To strengthen their perceived ties with English football (and the FA Cup and World Cup Tournaments in particular), Carlsberg used the event business to create instore excitement for staff and customers in ASDA stores throughout the UK.
FA Cup Tour : Travelling to each store as a self-contained unit, our team set up the special display plinth, backdrop and photography system with minimal disruption to the store or customers, whilst still achieving maximum exposure for the brand. Further brand exposure was achieved with an exclusive branded photo of customers holding the genuine FA Cup - all £10 million worths of it!
World Cup Tour: the event business created a highly visible spectacle outside ASDA stores, giving customers the opportunity to win branded Carlsberg merchandise by scoring a penalty in a giant, inflatable goal.
