We have found through experience that a strong programme logo and design hugely benefits an event and quickly identifies correspondence and information to participants. Pre-event can include letterhead, envelopes, teaser gifts, luggage tags and travel packs. On-site would be items such as welcome letters, departure notices and menus.

ATOL licence no. 6145 - an ATOL Licence or Air Travel Organisers Licence is granted by the Civil Aviation Authority and is a legal requirement for any company selling a licensable air ticket to the public.  Under the terms of the Licence, financial security is provided for the refund of money paid over and for the repatriation of delegates and participants in the event of insolvency.
