this case study
The event business was asked to design and deliver a range of challenging, fun and stimulating team events for Marks and Spencer to support the formal team development programme.
"Lost in the forest" pitted teams against each other in a giant treasure hunt. Hi-jacked in the middle of nowhere and bundled into Land Rovers each team then had to navigate around the area off-road, off-road and on water, solving tasks and overcoming challenges on the way to their hotel.
"Circus Circus" is a unifying event where the group learn circus skills such as tightrope and stilt walking, juggling and hat manipulation before putting on a group performance of their new found skills.
"The Polo Challenge" was gaurenteed to raise laughter and lift team spirit as the group got to grip with the stick swing, the tactics and riding the polo ponies. Fears and challenges had to be overcome by all, creating a wonderful team bond in this exhilarating and unique environment.
